Maybe they needed a shell for the american uranium mining company that doesn't yet exist at least symbol wise.

That is a real possibility consolidation is the game now in UX and there are plenty of Canadian cos with big bucks looking for assets in productive areas. why build from scratch when infrastructure is already in place. The US is heading down the road for more plants,it's in the cards,with coal producing 40+ % of electricity. Bush' s trip to France reported by 60 minutes was no accident.imo Most of France's electricity comes from UX not surprisingly they have no air quality problems. Egypt is building Australia is building, China is building and Japan and India. it's the only alternative that makes sense in light of the pressing need for energy. Fossil fuels don't cut it anymore,ethanol has turned out to be a joke! and electric vehicles can out run a Ferrari anyday of the week. Time we built plants just to get us out of the fossil fuel yoke or is that joke.
