Obviously Dr. Ricketts is for real. He even presently conducts classes on the topic of alternative fuels. And Congress even invites him to get his advice? Why is he a part of this? And don't say the money. There is no way I would believe he would risk his name in the history books let alone what else could happen to him if he were to tie himself to the organization you are describing.
