This stock has been showing up on my stock screeners lately and caught my interest, so I started to do some searching and found that when you go to pinksheets.com they have the company's website re-directed to Porta-John Industries, Inc. I called yesterday and spoke with Earl Braxton, the president of Porto-John, and he informed me that they recently acquired ENZH so they could take their company public through a reverse merger, and the final details and paperwork should be filed by weeks end. I asked him about the recent volume and he informed me that the company has been aggressively buying back shares on the open market, and they also retired a large number of shares, which will leave the new company with a float well under 12 million at the time of the merger. Outstanding shares will be under 20 million with remaining shares restricted by the company. He further stated that Porta John was a large international company, with annual revenues in the millions and this is only the first step, and they plan to take the company to a higher exchange. Also, he informed me that he would be away all week finalizing the merger, but the company will be issuing a news release this week further explaining the details with the merger, symbol change and the company's plans moving forward.
