It was not Newmarket who stepped away from the deal, it was DMOI, imo. DMOI stepped away from a deal with someone who had the resources to take them to the next level? Why would they do that? There can only be one logical answer imo.

They are persistent, that alone might save them. They are not spending a whole lot of money either. The deal with Quest may be better than we think.
