I don't have a concern with the press releases. My reference to them is that's what everyone points out as being misleading and the basis of their purchases into NCVT.

I express no opinion as to whether they are fraudulent, but I understand alot of DD has been done to verify the accuracy or inaccuracy thereof.

YEP! And I'm happy to help in any way I can. I have months and months of work, including DD and emails and IM stuff...the phone calls are getting foggy, but I remember pretty much the essence of what we discussed, and when.

A skilled lawyer could prolly do a good job deposing me.

Sadly, I actually have 2 real jobs, and I gave up when two prestigious law firms and the SEC wouldn't help us. I figured it was time to move along.

Now I just hang out here for fun.
