I would call Matt if you have questions, last conversation we had about a week back, he mentioned that the Arizona clinic would open in about 2 months as a NHYB clinic.
Audited financials are being done (going to OTCBB) and there is no dillution, IMO your seeing weak hands selling and their patience level has expired.
