bayonetcharge: Like when LG e-mailed me the false claim that the recent court action in Houston was a delay in the Bill Of Review hearing?
Here is the email, no where in my email to you, did I state what you claim I did...(your claim is beyond misleading it is intentionally disingenuous.)

bayonetcharge: the LAW DAY DOCKET was not on the Docket Monday. It was the rush hearing added Tuesday, scheduled for today.
Results of today's hearing...LAW DAY DOCKET was SANCTIONS (TRCP 215 ABUSE OF DISCOVERY)....DENIED
Bill of Review date remains on the calendar for June 2008... ***
I do have a problem with what I believe is an attempt to deliberately deceive those who read this thread.
bayonetcharge, if you have such a “problem” with deliberate attempts to deceive, then why have you not called out many of your fellow longs on this thread that have been doing that for years on this thread?
I confess I may have misled Billcoln and I did pmail two others, but I made it clear to those two others, that “I think” this and suggested they investigate further and post their findings publicly on this thread. I’ve been unable to post to this thread having been banned from posting until this evening.
Then you tried to justify your misleading post with this post and link. However, when followed any one can plainly see it was not the over due 2006 Annual Report or the over due First Quarter of 2007 report, but the Quarterlies through only the Third Quarter of 2006. At least it was not “in our face” clear as to what the Harris County Court Docket meant.
Later that same day, I called the Harris Count District Court and spoke with the 151st District court clerk familiar with the Calypso cases. She said the Law Day hearing was not regarding moving up the Bill of Review trial date. She said that it had not been moved up yet, but it was her understanding that it would be moved up to this summer. I asked her did she mean July or August of this year and she said yes. Checking the Docket this evening, the date has still not been moved up yet. Which was my point in the email to you in the first place and that the Law Day (Oral Hearing) Docket information had not been discussed by you and I publicly on this thread Monday, as it was not on the Docket until Tuesday.
I’ve been very careful to try and dot my I’s and cross my T’s before posting anything on this thread. It is my opinion that far more misleading posts have been made on this thread by those long than those skeptical. And you have contributed to those misleading posts publicly. You are the pot trying to call the kettle black.
At least my mistake to Billcoln was in private. And due to my banning, I've been unable till now to admit publicly that I unintentionally mislead Billcoln in private, but immediately after I got off the phone with the clerk, I pmailed him and made him aware of my findings and apologized.
