From what I understand partly its old technology that until today was not profected because of the big oil companys wanting to control everything, when I was a kid the City I lived in actually had a power plant that worked off the sueyer plant gases, but they had abandon it.
I'm LA the mass transit system was bought out by chevron and GM, they literally bought the land under the tracks to force everyone to drive an auto, that's the way the story goes,
now we are in big need of this old technology wwen is just haveing some profection to old technology, it allready works profecting it and collecting the contracts is the big thing now.
This is the hurtle if they do it will be doing it also.
