But it is still dilution! We have no idea about the conversion of those shares.

As I've stated in the past, if Alan owed me $1,000 in services, did he give me:

($1,000 / 0.0008) number of shares?

Who knows. If I were owed $1,000 and a company wanted to pay ME in shares, I would settle for something like this:

($1,000 / 0.0004) number of shares, sell enough to get the $1,000 out of it and hold the rest.

Business is business! How can a business accept the possibility of NO payment (if things did not work out).

Just my 2 cents...
