Joey has intentionally timed this to
open up his shares bought with warrants

and consequently ripoff those who participated before.

IMO, this is grounds for a lawsuit.
Only problem is.....
about all you can win is more shares that would be RS'd
to death.

RS split hurts investors, but the company make money by sell shares, like sell from 0.01 to 0.0001 (at 1 M CAP) as example is equilent to sell a stock from 0.0001 to 0.01 (at 100 M CAP). One can image how much money the company can make.
I have no single shares left after two times RS, but the company still have billion shares.
