What's missing from this Congressional tax debate is any recognition that today's tax rates are producing record tax receipts.

Great points Dew,Tax receipts are BOOMING,democrats are showing their true socialist colors,elections matter and when the back pocket is invaided the dems will lose votes over the long haul. Lower taxes spur growth,imagine that!! Now if only we could get all these clowns who are pushing the amnesty bill to see their folly we'ld be getting somewhere. Punish employers with PRISON who hire illegals,and build the fence which has already been funded is another good start. Illegal aliens kill more Americans daily than terrorists just that the media ignores such facts. Maybe the country will elect hillary and she can begin the process to nationalize buisness aka Chavez. At least Mccain is gone now you'll soon see him on a booze cruise with his friens Kennedy. Extend the Bush tax cuts,make them permanent. The economy is doing Great!
