Canadian regulators have the duty and authority to halt the stock and investigate by virtue of the fact that Petar, the Sulja's and the Cdn lumberyard subsidiary company (supposedly) are all Canadian and/or reside in Canada.
Once the Canadian investigation is complete, the SEC will then pursue the Americans (indiviudals and companies) involved.
