Real Estate in Southern Maine. We are relocating to Maine this summer (Portland area). Does anyone have a handle on what the Southern Maine RE market is like. We sold our house in CT 2 1/2 years ago and have been renting. I am thinking it might be good to rent for a time and watch the market. Any thoughts/info is appreciated.
