"And we will have a news release nx week on how to recieve this dividend and more information on the new entity formed"... So we effectively have a brand new company trading with NWWV credentials on a foreign exchange, with deals in the bag that will spread globally very quickly, making manipulation for CURRENT SHORTS impossible. The merger will have new share replacements under a new cusip and I bet , as per the NWWV pr saying they are working with Transfer Online (TA) to combat the illegal short situation (the TA PRing that is a guarantee of the short imho), Transfer Online suggest holding the new shares after the merger news... Therefore EVERY dirty, stinking employee of P2D and his kith and kin are forced to cover (MOASS!!!) ... If that post by Pink Lobster still holds SOME kudos (and from the IR standpoint of there being 3xs the total PLYCF shares O/S, I believe it still has that possibilty) we may become legendary on Investors hub. From the MM action on L2 there is panic on the streets of London, as they say, and we have not seen buying pressure yet!! If a JV announcement from PLYCF hints at a Rogers et al, that buying will appear like magic. I would really detest being in a short position now because it looks to me like the pincer manouevre by the TA and the company combined; is now in full swing...We have an OPEN TA willing to give the caller the amount of shares whenever we wish to hear it and THEY have advised their clients how to close the net on these thieves... The more I think about all this, the more I think that this one is gonna be enormous. :)

Are you suggesting that Garner is buying back shares?

You'll probably say that trading in the pink sheets is different....and, I accept that answer, if that is the answer.....but, if someone were buying large amounts of a stock 'on the big board' there would have to be disclosure when more than 5 - 7% interest in a company is owned.

Now, tell me it's different in the pinks or is there some other explanation that you have in mind?

On the otherhand, would it be such a bad thing if Garner were buying back a lot of shares?

Dunno what your talking about lol....anyhow I don't like to see any PR..."We're buying back shares in the open market"....because the PPS drops as they buy on bid (from what I've seen). Any company who is serious about buying back shares will buy them back then PR that they bought them back and state the difference in OS....not before.
