Ungagging the t/a is right. Reducing the a/s isn't too big of a deal since they can raise it at a whim and if they print 30MM shares and get 17c each, well that's more than Ed makes at .0001 times two billion. The question of legitimacy will be whether the shares are restricted or unrestricted.
