We will cruise up in late June, then rent a car for 3 weeks and head to Homer and Kodiak, then cruise back. Sound like we will be headed home about the time you are there. Coopers landing is nice, but don't care much for the fishing in the area. I prefer Sitka and Kodiak. Not much on the river thingy. Tried it though one time. So many more fish in the ocean than a river.
Last year we found GR's in Juneau and this time will go searching in Anchorage, Arkansaw (AR. How funny they blew that on the Rush Net site. Hey Bob... it is AK!)
I am going to try to get some AR's in Spokane, Wa. while I am there.
