Hi Larry: We bought a house built in 1790 for 109k; 3200 sq. feet, a bit more than an acre with a barn, a shed, an in-ground pool and a fish pond. Had a builder friend check it out; he said we'd have to do some work, but it was "solid." Kinda like buying a stock at the very bottom. Best buy we've ever made. Occasionally one gets fortunate, or "darn lucky."
