Fifteen million DOLLARS? George, you travel in rarified circles that are clearly different from mine, obviously. ;)
That's perhaps the strangest little story I have heard in a long time, pertaining to this weird-ass investment. The offer was made simply to find out about it? I don't even know how to think about what you are telling us.
And unlike the fellow you phone more or les frequently for information, you seem to be the kind of guy that doesn't tell lies. So I guess I just don't know what to think about your story.

its because they do not want to drill! orrrrr we would have drilled years ago. There have been many shareholders willing to divvy up money to accomodate this. BUT.....H I S T O R Y ! and of course lots of koolaid ... LOL!
