I think the real issue here is whether Dr. Gold sold his shares ahead of the pdufa date, knowing that there was an outstanding issue that would keep the drug from being approved.
I am not saying any different. The pertinent questions are:
a) Was there a 483 in Feb?
b) Was it material? Some people are claiming all 483's are material (e.g. cause 1 yr delays), but I doubt this is true. This is what the dialog is about.
