It appears that "normal" investigations take 11 months. That may seem like a long time to you, but the SEC usually takes far longer.

I'm a little confused

I'm assuming it works differently with commissions and other quasi-legal entities in Canada.

The way you make it sound it's as if the OSC went to Sulja and said they wanted an extension on their own enforcement action that they preside over, and Sulja said "no." How does that work.

I would think the CEO of Sulja would have to be in really good physical shape to deny them that extension. I mean, wouldn't he have to sit on one side of the table when the OSC asks for an extension, and then quickly run around to the other side of the table where the commission makes rulings? Also, how would you know what capacity he is acting in during the process? I guess he could wear a Sulja hat (I'm guessing they have a co-ed softball team or something like that), and then maybe put on a big red OSC hat that let's everybody know he is also in charge of them. I just need a little clarification. Either way, I hope he stretches before he meets with them. The last thing this company needs is a CEO with a tight hammy.
