that SIL has made exploration and developments at
San Cristobal project in Potosi district,
for about 10 years comparison to
Franklin Minings - FMNJ -
a few years of Cerro Rico mine developments -

the bottom line is -
that hardly no one have criticized,
the management of Apex Silver developments? -
