Koikaze, th EPC ratio while under .4, is not yet "critical", if it continues down here and drop to the .32 or below zone, then the bulls may have to worry (the .32 reading on 9/8 resulted only in a relatively mild retrench of 100 Naz points).

Fred: Seaasonal factors is the only explanation one needs. I do not find the current state of affairs bullish ahort term. I think the idea of looking for greater and greater extremes in order to justify a bullish posture is quite dangerous.
