You may have a some points but he still, in my opinion, mislead several people who called to find out information and pretty well kept us in the dark. Instead of saying he could not comment at this time, he indicated that PRs were coming and that the filing would not be late. That's just bad behavior if you ask me. I still think we should have been informed about the +600K note and the litigation involving it.
