fibinacci, since GGI is allowed short selling,
they don't have big problems to dump a few millions
to beat down the PPS.
Even they dump about 100 mio on one day they make a huge gain on it.
at least 18 % of the 100 mio. and much more on about 1 billion.
don't forget they can short sell many millions and they are allowed to convert up to 10 % (700 mio.)
it's a much bigger problem to push the PPS up after they have converted.
but why do you think they need a low PPS now,
when the OS just increased by 900 mio. ?
IMO GGI is in the selling (maybe it's already short selling) phase now,
shortly (one day) before they plan to convert a new portion they will drive down the PPS..
but nobody (maybe except JF) knows the time ...
