He truly is a visionary. He's outmaneuvered the OTC and will gain a lot of business for his foresight. IMO, right now with section 404 of SARBOX, the OTCQX is far better option than the OTC. Much lower costs and even greater accuracy because of the sponsor system. DAD's, who are financially and emotionally removed from day to day operations, won't willingly place their name and hard earned reputation on anything that's remotely inaccurate.
