I have read of moves to London and Hong Kong, not too many TSX changes but suppose it's very possible. If SARBOX stays in place for several years, (probably not, as powerful people oppose it http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1895,2020510,00.asp ), I think Pinksheets far outdistances the OTC for new microcap listings. Forcing small cash strapped firms to pay for and report all the additional information required for SARBOX, just like the larger exchange residents is ludicrous. The OTCQX is a stroke of genius in a world of micro madness.
