Maybe CM could personally present the urn to the family, or go to the visitation or service. Rub elbows with the players and say who he is. Trying not to be tacky, but this is good news.

It might be tacky. Just hypothesizing. I know that from a prospective customer's point of view, I would like to see an "Honors" wall if I were browsing the site. I'd get a kick out of looking back and seeing who made the same choice I was making. Might convince me to take a path I'd never considered taking.

Might be a moot point. Estates might want a cut. If so, screw that.
