I would never describe Petar as innocent.
He admitted to manipulating the market by managing the nominee accounts buying and selling.
That is on tape and in the affidavits.
Sorry Red .... Petar is BAD NEWS and completely thumbed his nose at market regulations.
All in my opinion of course.
