I believe the hearing will be held on July 5 and 6 and possibly even be continued over until the next week or be recessed until a later date.
Once all of the evidence is heard ... the panel will retire and will issue a decision in approx two months.
That is the normal course of events in these matters.

IMO that is why so many are waiting on the hearing! Those are all valid points to discuss at that time.

I for one am ready to move on. I really enjoy the discussions here they, brings up a lot that I may have never thought of! Still even with all that, I continue to hold!!

I have never said to forgive all, if they are guilty then let the courts decide their faith!

I do not think that SLJB will find a new CEO as long as case is pending. We have a CFO to help clear up a lot of questions! The CEO will follow; Steve has tried to get out of the position before so I see no reason he will not continue. I really do not think we will hear much until the hearings convene. Then as facts are reviewed we should begin to get PR's on a regular basis. The AF's are what I am looking forward to! I think those will be held also. I sincerely hope to be surprised!!

These are just some of my thoughts; it helps to get them out in the open once in a while! These thoughts are all open for discussion!

PLEASE make it about the stock, not about the posters!! When it breaks down into a name calling war we all lose!! There is way too much of that going on.

Again, yes I have an agenda, which is to protect my investment! Others are here for the same reason trying to do the same. We are a pretty hard headed bunch so don't know if you will change any minds but I for one will always listen! I have no iggy list! If I displease someone just put me on your iggy list!
