I think what clever meant is that the stock isn't
reacting to PR's with an immediate sharp move.
This stock tends to take its time and enables one to
buy even after a good PR without paying 20% more within
minutes after the PR is out.

Of course, no one can guarantee that it won't happen
in the future.
wisardd1 took the risk of selling and bought back higher.
clever might just do the same. Or not. We'll see...
