And perhaps it is simply an ethics issue with this poster, which is significant if he/she is in a profession that does have to obide by rules of conduct. It should be looked into no matter, just to get to the bottom of it.

Someone might want to mention on the WRNW board that regardless of whatever validity the court claims may have, they take several years in the least, to resolve, which by then, and many acquisitions later, will have no bearing on the company's success.

Most investors of WRNW today will probably not even be around in 2-3+ years, aside from the few who are TRULY Longs.

Even I haven't committed my self to THAT much....yet. Like everyone else, I need to see closings, then new contracts.
