if it was, or is, necessary to issue more stock in September(540), wouldn't you want (ALRY) to issue a million shares at a buck, or would you want them to issue 4 million at a quarter.

stock buy back w/ restrictions on them shares, will most Definitely, strengthen the company !

I am shocked you would contradict that statement, as the educated trader, I know you to be.

I'm not experienced like many here but a long time ago someone said:

Why would a small growth company offer a dividend? Because they have nothing productive to spend their money on for further growth!

Is there a school of thought out there that the same could be argued about buying back shares at this stage of growth?

This is just a question, not a position of mine.
