Surely you're joking. They should be reinvesting every dime they make right now back into their business. CPNE has been buying back stock like crazy and their PPS has been sinking fast. If someone's wanting to unload their shares for a quick buck, then yes, I would hope for a share buyback announcement. If a real investor wants to see explosive earnings, they should hope for immediate reinvestment of any and all cash.

Actually, I'm thinking they probably know how to run this w/o us constantly harping on buy backs, etc. This is a great company, and if "we" longs keep soaking up the float, at some point we'll probably own a majority position (LOL!) and all be
very wealthy! IMO the race is being run to pick up the best leases and get them into production, so my thought is that they keep on doing that and getting more wells online. One thing I do know is that as long as the sp stays in this range,
ALRY is a strong buy for me!
