Dr Dew, Gabriel has not yet been 'sucessful' at DNAG by the only business measure that counts for a public company---rising share price. If the company does well and SO do the shareholders I will say he is worth it and then some. It the company does not, it has simply been a gravy train for management at the expense of shareholders.
