OT----hey I am with you Finn- as the Sun sets on the fossil fuel era, someday in the next 10 years, arable land will prove to have a real value- it's hard to ship tomatoes from California and Florida without fossil fuels. My long term goal is similar actually. I own a house in a suburb of the city I live in but I notice my natural gas bills are annoyingly high- they ain't ever going lower. Pencil me in on a solar electricity rig.
