If history is a guide, the pump and dump on this ticker is over. It will languish with no news and certainly no filings for many months.
They will likely let it sit a while, transfer these "assets" (of made up companies and made up revenues from made up relationships with companies you have heard of) to another pink sheet ticker and go do the pump and dump again.
If you will note, they don't use boca raton addresses for the addresses of the company, just like with GLVP, it was in Georgia (or was it Alabama? I forget). Anyway this time they pretended to be in L.A. dabbling in the video production game.
But of course, that's all just my opinion.
The people running this operation obviously read, or were reading this thread, or at least one of the operators that was helping them dump shares told them the gyst of the posts here, because the scumbags responded via press release to at least 3 of the issues raised here that I am aware of regarding: 1) financials, 2) filings and 3) MAMG shareholder issues...
...and they have now have disappeared... the press releases have stopped... there are no filings, no financials... no nothing... they said they would do something in JULY lol... well, like anybody would care, they had a bid up at 1.50 to dump into why wait until 2 cents, or .0001 or worse...
