In the RXPC Ibox (updated today) TA shows no preferred shares - 6/1/2007

Nevada SOS doesn't mention a thing about preferred stock, so I assume there is none. I don't know where all those common shares would have gone. Maybe they were re-issued as restricted stock, or "retired" as was suggested.
