I also happen to think ST interest rates are forming the bottom of a bowl. Not too hard to figure out if they are what the right side of the bowl looks like, and what happens to longer term rates if this be the case.

How soon this comes to pass and the gen markets smell this is the question I don't have an answer to. But I think it a key issue going forward.
