Yes, but the P/C ratio is only one of many parameters, many others refuse to give such signals, so for now, I got to stick with the trends and chart formation. Dow and SP already have yielded breakout, and the probability is high that the Naz will follow. The P/C ratio may have to go to a new extreme before a local top is signaled.
