If Deep Blue gets the contract for 'down south' and also finds the deep water wreck, I don't think they have enough resources to be playing around anywhere else than those two sites.
The stock is fairly diluted by a large float. Splitting your work force into more pieces than 2 here would be a mistake.
I may be playing some Blackjack up north this weekend. If I had 4 or 5 hands and 2 were promising, those would be the ones that'd get my chips put out in front of them.
The old phrase is 'Jack-of-All-Trades & Master of None', I think we just need to be Master of Two and let the rest sit for now.

Part of me says that when something is in territorial waters that it should be "finders keepers", but, for military reasons I can see why the US would offer some support to Spain in the case a few years ago.

I.e. if a US ship goes down with nukes, the US will want it back, no matter where it is.
