Kid, I think that was the investment bankers (indicated in a PR under the Accel site) and the SEC attorney's job to put it together. The SEC attorney was hired in late 06' per an AAPU PR. The investment bankers PR under the Accel site was off of a February 07's PR I believe. The new Accel chairman was just hired to qualify that this is now a major company operation with international contacts with all companies doing basically the same thing with the road construction operation now being the primary focus. Too much to do for only Anthony Chirico as CEO. As you know, all major companies have a chairman. So to be listed on a major exchange, I bet you need one. Just a guess.
