Lets look at this from a diffrent angle. You are AC. You have these different companies doing their prospective things. You have a shell, AAPU, that you use as a platform for your binder patent and whatever money thing you got going on. You have Accel which is the crown jewel in the whole scheme of things. If AAPU exists on paper for the purpose of the patent but is a step child in the big picture, what does AC do with AAPU? My head hurts.
