sonystyle...please enlighten me of how suddenly Hayter, through his preferred in IBCX was the main shareholder of the company, would be out of his own NEW shell..??? LOL ..and where are the "assets" that IBCX had when "merged" into TSTX..?? talking about 2 steakhouses and a Hotel in Memphis (Days Inn)
