I have used covered calls on high dividend stocks for about a year now in various accounts that I manage.

Stocks that I have used include:
BMY
DUK
FBF
GM
JPM
LYO
MO
RJR
SBC
BLS

Option premium / assignment premium is getting limited with the VIX so low. Which stocks do you like as covered call dividend capture candidates?

Agree with that. The pro's SELL options the don't BUY em.

Buying options is a low probability play.

Zeev, I agree selling covered Call Options is a good way to make a good percentage of profit, I do it myself in trendless or Bear markets, but in a Bull market, I usually but the stock in my IRA and Call Options in my trading account. Of course I'm a Cycle trader, not a day trader. I doubt that there are many people who can Day Trade like you can. You are unbelievably good.
Holding (any) Option until the week that they expire, is a No, No, for me. I'm allways out at least two weeks before the date of expiration.
