EDAC, KiK- it is funny how a move to a bigger board automatically jumps a stock's share price (kinda like the 'split' news in the 1990s). It obviously doesn't do anything fundamentally to the company's value (OK, it could be argued that such things as possible better debt financing terms, credibility, etc may add value, I'll give that). It does give exposure to funds and bigger pockets. Especially if it starts creeping over the $10 mark. And the fundamentals are interesting enough that I think they'll have a shot at drawing some fund attention. Plus liquidity tends to improve on a bigger board so some bigger players might be more tempted to take a position. But there are lots of aero companies that trade on the big boards so the effect may not be as pronounced as with some companies that serve a niche (like HQS and their fish farming, formerly HQSB.OB) that serve an underrepresented niche on the bigs.
