As I understood the discussion about the need for certs, the issue centered around being able to prove ownership of ACTUAL shares, not just electronic bogus shares created out of thin air. Once they have been certified, then photocopies should be sufficient, right? Thanks for the suggestion, Bethany. That's why they pay you the big bucks, huh?
