A comment about the FDA... I am familiar with something similar, as we have patents wherein the FDA has looked at the components of our product, and given a "GRAS" (generally recognized as safe) approval.
Even though the FDA does not officially rule on the ingredients, as they are generally recognized as safe, by their office, it still is an FDA type of approval, and this could be why the TXST cheerleaders are spouting off about the products being FDA approved... Just an observation... JMHO, of course, FWIW
