PlayerHayter, I will attempt to reply to all of these questions as best I can.
1)All 360OTC products are manufactured by Rockford-Montgomery Labs out of Athens GA. 360OTC Extra Strength Pain Reliever is distributed by Neem Industries International, Edmonds WA, 98026. 2)If you go to www.asgagency.com and go to the Assets tab, you'll see what the blimp was SUPPOSED to look like when the announcement was made last year. Here's the blimp with 360OTC on it in Atlanta, RML's home track: Here's the blimp as to what it looked like the other day at the track. It was like this in Talladega in April and is what it looked like in Charlotte on May 27th.
3)Not sure about Walgreen or Meijer, but I do know CVS carries it as I picked up the Pain Relief and the Ignite the other day. They don't do a good job of distributing it though, as they buy the shelf space and don't put anything on it. That's why you guys are seeing the empty shelf spaces. We asked a pharmacist about it and that what he told us. 4)Not sure about that one either. This company basically sprang up out of nowhere. 5)We've been waiting to hear about Michelle's background since the announcement was made last year. 6)I don't think there is one, that was just the company/shell/whatever it is, that RML officer Mark De Mattei was part of before he became part of Rockford-Montgomery Labs. His Pharb product was merged into Who's Your Daddy, and is largely the same product that 360OTC is. 7)That's a good question. They haven't done a thing for us as race fans since they came on board, I have a tough time believing they would do anything that would serve the shareholders.
majordamage, you also make a good point about the Ignite pills being marketed to 12-year-olds, it is irresponsible. Also remember that none of these products are FDA approved, contrary to RML's claims.
At this point, I've given all the impartial information that I have to this board, and as such I will step aside as I have no fiscal investment to either of these companies. All I have is the investment I've made in our driver, and that's it.
