This is not the bottom. This stock is so fragile that one piece of bad news will make it hit sub penny. Plus if NWOG dumps anymore shares onto the market they will drive this down further. If for some reason the announced deals die out. This stock is toast. The vultures will flip the hell out of this stock (which they already are doing).

NWOG needs to perform a miracle to get this to a dollar by year end.

Best case IMO. Accept a 20 cent per share buyout and end the misery.
