Mike Burke still hasn't answered these questions.

1) Why did you reverse split Cyberhand
2) Was or is David Duncan a director of VShield as per pinksheets.com?

One more thing, releasing the shell name (BHUB) who you are in negotations with before the deal is completed, wouldn't that be considered some sort of trading violation. Leaking out info can get you in a pile of trouble with the securities commissions. Why are most shell plays and their CEO's so tight lipped about announcing anything before the deal is done?

These are simple questions that Michael Burke seems always dance around.
